Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond by removing the allegedly infringing material or disabling access to it and will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the Material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which TAMUApp.org may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original claimant has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity, we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringers
TAMUApp.org reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
